  • My approach is holistic, body-based, trauma-informed, compassionate, and nervous system-ORIENTED.
  • I have training in somatic therapy, attachment-focused therapy, trauma therapy, acceptance and commitment based therapy, EMDR and narcissistic abuse recovery. 
  • My approach is integrative and I draw from somatic therapy, attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, interpersonal NEUROBIOLOGY, compassion-focused therapy, IFS, polyvagal theory, and embodiment therapy.
